Cookbooks.co.nz use New Zealand Post Parcel Post delivery service for all purchases and are sent via New Zealand Post Economy service unless otherwise requested.  A request for alternative postage or courier services maybe requested by communicating to our customer service team through inquiries within the customer service drop down menu at the top of this page.

Normal delivery time will take between 3 to 10 working days subject to stock availability and you if you are a Cookbook Club Member you may track your order/s progress through the on-line tracking service within the members menu.  Should there be any delays in sourcing your product then one of our customer service team will contact you to update your order/s status and alternative product or refund maybe offered at this time in-line with our guarantee policy.

Please be aware that we warehouse many of the popular titles so we can often dispatch your order within 1-2 working days!  Please call us during normal office hours to enquire if your book can be shipped immediately.

You will be notified via email or phone if there is a delay with regards to your order.
